Allin Fans – Website Usage Agreement

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

1. Purpose of this Agreement

This Website Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) explains in detail what activities, behaviours, and content are permitted or prohibited on Allin Fans. It forms an integral part of your binding contract with us. By accessing or using our website, mobile apps, or any associated services (collectively, the Platform), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety.

Failure to adhere to this Agreement may result in the suspension, removal, or permanent termination of your content, features, and/or your Allin Fans account. In certain cases, violations may also be reported to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

All capitalised terms not defined here have the same meanings as set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

2. General Conduct

You must not use the Platform in any way that:

1. Involves any person under the legal age of 18, whether directly or indirectly, in sexual or suggestive content. This prohibition includes any individual appearing in adult content who is over the age of 18 but has not completed our Creator onboarding process, provided valid government-issued identification, and signed an explicit content release form.

2. Promotes or engages in illegal activities – including actual, claimed, or simulated acts of:

   • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under 18

   • Incest

   • Bestiality or sexual contact with animals

   • Necrophilia

   • Rape, non-consensual acts, or sexual assault in any form

3. Depicts or sells prohibited items, such as firearms, explosive devices, or controlled substances, particularly when shown or described in a manner that could cause harm to yourself, another person, or property.

4. Contains hate speech or discriminatory behaviour based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or medical condition. This includes both direct attacks and coded, implied, or symbolic hate references (e.g., extremist symbols).

5. Engages in harassment, abuse, or intimidation, including but not limited to:

   • Stalking

   • Doxxing (publishing private information without consent)

   • Defamation or false statements

   • Sharing non-consensual intimate images, including AI-manipulated or “deepfake” material

   • Any other unauthorised distribution of private media

6. Depicts violence or extreme harm, including prohibited roleplay scenarios that involve:

   • Severe bodily harm

   • Use of dangerous objects in a way that may cause injury or trauma

   • Lack of explicit, verifiable consent

   • Extreme impact or impact play beyond safe practice

   • Dangerous forms of bondage

   • Suicide or self-harm acts

7. Shows prohibited bodily fluids, including urine, faeces, vomit, or blood in a sexual context.

8. Provides misleading or inaccurate information, including false descriptions of your content, deceptive account details, or impersonation of another individual or entity.

9. Features explicit images of another person without their written consent, including any artificially generated or digitally manipulated depiction that appears to portray a real person.

10. Displays public nudity in any real-world or virtual location where non-consenting individuals may reasonably view it, including public streets, transport, venues, or shared digital spaces such as public VR environments.

3. Digital Integrity and Cyber Conduct

When using Allin Fans, you must not:

1. Spam or send bulk, unsolicited communications to other Users.

2. Share other people’s personal data without consent.

3. Link to external file storage or streaming services that host material in violation of our Terms or applicable laws.

4. Redirect Users to off-platform sites for prohibited transactions or to bypass our payment system.

5. Attempt to interfere with or exploit our platform technology, including unauthorised access to software, servers, databases, APIs, or network infrastructure.

6. Scrape, download, or mass copy content from Allin Fans or any Creator for redistribution or resale.

7. Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls or digital rights management (DRM) features.

4. In-Person Interactions

Allin Fans is an online-only platform. In-person meetings between Users for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorised in writing by us. We do not facilitate or endorse any physical meeting between Fans and Creators, and we accept no liability for any such activities that occur outside our digital environment.

5. Commercial Restrictions

You must not:

1. Sell controlled or regulated products via the Platform, including but not limited to drugs, prescription medication, firearms, or counterfeit goods.

2. Claim or imply an official endorsement from Allin Fans unless you have received explicit written permission.

3. Infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents, whether in your content, profile branding, or other materials.

4. Use the Platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activities, including misuse of our cryptocurrency payment features.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates this Agreement.

• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for serious breaches.

• Report violations to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Use both automated systems (e.g., Sightengine AI moderation) and human reviewers to monitor compliance.
