Legal Notice

In compliance with applicable EU and UK consumer protection and unfair commercial practices regulations – including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC (EU), and any other relevant local laws – the following warning applies to participation in the ALLin Fans Affiliate & Referral Program:

  • It is illegal to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the program, where such practices would constitute a prohibited pyramid or chain scheme.

  • Do not be misled by claims suggesting that high earnings are guaranteed or easily achievable through participation in the program.

  • ALLin Fans does not require any joining fee to participate in the Affiliate & Referral Program.

  • Participants have the right to withdraw from the program at any time without penalty, and any accrued earnings up to the date of withdrawal will be processed according to these Terms.

 

1. Introduction

These Affiliate & Referral Program Terms (“Terms”) form part of your agreement with ALLin Fans Ltd (“the Company”). By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms, our [Terms of Service], and all applicable laws and tax regulations in your jurisdiction.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must have an active ALLin Fans account to participate.

  • Both Creators and Fans can participate as Referring Users, subject to the restrictions below.

  • If your account has been suspended, terminated, or deleted, you will no longer be eligible for the program.

 

3. Referral Commission

  • Referring Users earn 1-5%* commission (unless otherwise stated in a special promotion) on the Net Revenue generated by Referred Creators.

  • The commission period lasts 24 months from the date the Referred Creator registers using your unique referral link.

  • There is no fixed maximum cap on total earnings per Referred Creator.

  • Net Revenue = total Creator Earnings from subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and Reels/Video monetization, minus any applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or platform fees.

 

4. Tracking & Attribution

  • Each participant receives a unique referral link, which must be used for the referral to be tracked.

  • Referrals are tracked using cookies and browser session data. Disabling or blocking cookies may result in untracked referrals.

  • The Referred Creator must sign up within the same browser session in which they clicked your referral link.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made monthly, on or around the 1st–5th business day, for the previous month’s earnings.

  • Multiple payout methods are supported, including bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC).

  • Payments are made in USD unless another currency is agreed upon. Currency conversion fees may apply.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Impersonate ALLin Fans or misrepresent your relationship with the Company.

  • Use paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to promote your referral link without prior written consent.

  • Make false claims about potential earnings.

  • Attempt to refer yourself or operate multiple accounts to generate commissions.

  • Engage in any fraudulent activity to manipulate referral tracking.

 

7. Removal from Program

The Company may remove you from the program and withhold payments if:

  • You breach these Terms or our [Terms of Service].

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

  • A Referred Creator account is found to be in violation of platform rules.

 

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Changes will not affect commissions already earned prior to the effective date of the change.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction.
