  We apply the principle of data minimisation and will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. Retention periods are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type of data, the sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, and the purposes for which we process it.

  • Where Personal Data is necessary to provide our Services or specific features of the Services, we will retain such data for the lifetime of your account.

  • If you delete your account, or if your account is terminated, we will securely delete or anonymise Personal Data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to exceptions listed below.

• Trust, Safety, and Enforcement

  • If you violate, or we reasonably suspect that you have violated, our Terms of Service, we may retain certain Personal Data for as long as necessary to investigate, document, and report such activity.

• Deletion and Anonymisation

• In cases where anonymisation is applied, the data will no longer be considered Personal Data and may be used for analytical, statistical, or research purposes.

  • In certain jurisdictions, we are required to maintain identity records, financial documentation, and tax-related information for up to seven (7) years.
