    Where required by law, these additional U.S. State Privacy Disclosures (“U.S. Disclosures”) supplement the information contained in this Policy. They provide additional details about our processing of Personal Data with respect to individual residents of certain U.S. States. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all defined terms in this Policy carry the same meaning within these U.S. Disclosures.

    For the purposes of these disclosures, “Personal Data” does not include publicly available information, deidentified data, aggregated data, or anonymised data that cannot reasonably be linked to you.

     

    No Sales for Targeted Advertising

    We do not sell or share Personal Data for targeted advertising purposes, including the use of Personal Data to build profiles across unrelated businesses, brands, or services.

     

    Sensitive Information

    Although certain “sensitive information” may be disclosed for business purposes, we do not sell or share such information for targeted advertising. Sensitive information we or our service providers may collect includes:

  • Username and password;

  • Social Security Number, passport number, or driver’s licence number;

  • Other government identifiers;

  • Partial payment card information together with the registered name;

  • Biometric information, such as Face Recognition Data collected and processed exclusively by third-party onboarding providers.

  • We use this information solely for the purposes described in Section 10 (How and Why We Use Your Data and Legal Grounds for Processing), including:

  • Account and transaction security,

  • Verification and fraud prevention,

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and

  • Protecting the safety of our users and third parties.

    Deidentified Information

    In some cases, we may process Personal Data to create deidentified information, which cannot reasonably be linked to you. Where such data is maintained, we:

  • Retain and use it only in deidentified form, and

  • Do not attempt to reidentify it except as required or permitted by law.

    Appeals

    Residents of certain states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) have the right to appeal decisions regarding privacy requests. Appeals may be submitted using the contact details in Section 19 (Assistance and Contact Information). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

     

    Minors

    Our Services are intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. No one under 18 may use the Services. By accessing or using ALLin Fans, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

     

    California-Specific Disclosures

    Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we are required to disclose categories of Personal Data we collect, their sources, and our purposes for processing.

    Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • Identifiers: Name, address, phone number, email, passport or driver’s licence, account information.

  • Customer Records: Payment details (partial card numbers, bank account info).

  • Protected Classifications: Age, date of birth, gender.

  • Commercial Information: Purchase history, subscription data.

  • Biometric Information: Face Recognition Data (processed only by third-party verification providers).

  • Internet / Network Data: Device details, IP address, log data.

  • Sensory Data: Images, videos, and other uploaded content.

  • Disclosure of Personal Data

    As described in Section 12 (Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information), these categories may be disclosed to:

  • Our group companies,

  • Third-party service providers (e.g., payments, verification, hosting, moderation),

  • Professional advisers,

  • Business partners,

  • Relevant authorities and regulators,

  • Counterparties in corporate transactions,

  • Other third parties where you consent or where legally required.

  • Sources of Personal Data

    We collect Personal Data:

  • Directly from you,

  • Indirectly from your browser or device,

  • From business partners, affiliates, and authorised third-party providers.

  • Purposes for Collection

    As outlined in Section 10, we use Personal Data to provide Services, ensure compliance, process payments, verify users, enhance safety, and meet legal obligations.

    Notice of Financial Incentives

    ALLin Fans may operate referral or incentive programs, under which Creators may receive rewards or referral payments based on activity by referred users. Participation is subject to our Terms of Service.

  • Personal Data associated with referral programs is processed in accordance with this Policy.

  • The value of referral rewards is reasonably related to the value of the Personal Data processed in connection with the program, as determined by ALLin Fans.

    Nevada-Specific Disclosures

    Under Nevada law, residents have the right to request that operators of online services do not sell their Personal Data.

  • ALLin Fans does not sell Personal Data.

  • Nevada residents may nevertheless submit opt-out requests using the contact details in Section 19 (Assistance and Contact Information).
