    The onboarding processes at ALLin Fans Ltd. are designed to:

  • Safeguard the integrity of our community,

  • Comply with applicable laws, including age-verification and anti-fraud requirements, and

  • Ensure that only legitimate, verified adult users gain access to the platform.

  • Our procedures vary depending on whether you are registering as a Creator, Content Collaborator, or Fan, but in every case include robust age and identity verification measures.

     

    1. Creators

    Before activating a Creator account, you must:

  • Provide Creator User Data (see Section 8 – Categories of Personal Data),

  • Confirm your country of residence to ensure lawful access,

  • Submit Financial Data (see Section 8), required to process payouts, distribute earnings, and prevent fraud,

  • Undergo third-party age and identity verification, including biometric checks where required, and

  • Confirm eligibility, verifying you have not previously been suspended or banned for Terms of Service violations.

    2. Content Collaborators

    If you appear in content uploaded by a Creator, you must:

  • Confirm you are at least 18 years of age,

  • Complete a third-party age and identity verification process, and

  • Provide a signed release form and supporting documentation when requested.

    3. Fans

    Before creating a Fan account, you must:

  • Provide Fan User Data (see Section 8),

  • Confirm your country of residence for lawful access,

  • Submit Financial Data (see Section 8), required to process payments and prevent fraud, and

  • Complete age assurance procedures, which may involve:

    • Third-party age estimation, or

    • Third-party age and identity verification (depending on jurisdiction, risk factors, or suspicious activity).

    4. Third-Party Age and Identity Verification

    We rely on regulated third-party providers to carry out digital identity and age checks. This process involves:

  • Submission of a short selfie GIF or video and an image of a government-issued identity document directly to the provider,

  • Use of biometric and face recognition technology by the provider to match the images and confirm your identity and age.

  • ? Data Limitation:

  • ALLin Fans Ltd. does not collect, access, or store Face Recognition Data.

  • Such biometric data remains exclusively with the provider.

  • Where permitted by law, we receive only limited onboarding metadata (e.g., pass/fail status, timestamps, reason for failure) for compliance and audit purposes.

    5. Third-Party Age Estimation

    In certain jurisdictions, we may use third-party age estimation technology. This involves:

  • Submission of a selfie GIF to the provider,

  • Automated technology estimating your age, which may involve biometric analysis.

  • Purpose:

  • To confirm compliance with minimum age requirements,

  • To prevent fraudulent use of manipulated or stolen identity documents, and

  • To detect spoofing attempts (fake or altered selfies).

  • Where fraud attempts are detected, providers may lawfully maintain a record of such incidents to help prevent future unlawful activity.

    If you fail age estimation but believe you are eligible, you may be required to complete the full identity verification process.

     

    6. Ongoing Authentication

    To preserve platform integrity, we may periodically require users to re-authenticate their identity.

  • Where legally permitted, third-party providers may retain biometric data solely for faster re-verification.

  • If you withdraw consent for such retention, you may be required to resubmit your government-issued ID during future checks.

    7. Withdrawing Consent

    You have the right to withdraw consent regarding the retention of biometric data by our third-party providers.

  • Withdrawal does not prevent continued use of ALLin Fans, but it may require additional verification steps.

    8. Why We Use Face Recognition Technology

    Our third-party providers use face recognition technology as part of onboarding in order to:

  • Enforce compliance with legal age restrictions,

  • Reduce the risk of fraudulent identity spoofing,

  • Detect the use of manipulated or stolen documents, and

  • Protect the safety and integrity of both Creators and Fans.
