Transfer of Data Across BordersIn order to provide the Services, ALLin Fans Ltd. may transfer Personal Data to our group companies and to trusted third-party service providers, as outlined in Section 12 (Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information).
Such transfers may involve moving Personal Data outside of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland, including to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as those regions.
How We Safeguard International Transfers
We ensure that all international transfers of Personal Data are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Specifically, transfers are made under one or more of the following conditions:
-
Adequacy Decisions – To jurisdictions formally recognised by the UK or the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data.
-
Appropriate Safeguards – Where no adequacy decision exists, we rely on legally approved safeguards, including:
-
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO);
-
Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), where applicable;
-
Other contractual and organisational measures designed to ensure your data remains protected.
-
-
Derogations Authorised by Law – In exceptional circumstances, we may rely on derogations permitted under applicable law (e.g., where a transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, for important reasons of public interest, or where you have given explicit consent).
-
We maintain internal records of all international data transfers and ensure that third-party recipients are contractually bound to handle your Personal Data securely and only for authorised purposes.
If you would like further information regarding the specific mechanisms relied upon for international transfers, please contact us at the details set out in Section 19 (Assistance and Contact Information).
