We, or our approved third-party providers acting on our behalf, may collect and process different categories of Personal Data about Creators, Content Collaborators, and Fans. For transparency, these categories are grouped and explained below.

2. Third-Party Onboarding Data
Collected and processed directly by our trusted third-party verification providers during onboarding.

A short video or GIF (“liveness check”) taken from a selfie submitted to the provider

Results of the age and identity verification process (pass/fail outcome and reason for rejection, if applicable)

*Please note: ALLin Fans does not receive your complete payment card number, expiration date, or CVV code. These are processed exclusively by our regulated third-party payment providers. Instead, we receive a secure payment “token,” together with limited details such as card type, expiry date, and the first six and last four digits of your card number.

8. Face Recognition Data

During onboarding, our third-party verification providers may use biometric and face recognition technologies to perform digital verification.

Face Recognition Data is collected, stored, and retained solely by the third-party provider. ALLin Fans Ltd. does not collect, receive, store, access, or otherwise control biometric data at any time.
